The structure consists of a system of beams and pillars supporting the 16 vertical gardens and a glazed envelope with precise modular system of mullions and transoms. The external pillars on the roof create an interweaving of brise soleil beams.

 

VERTICAL GARDENS AND GREEN AREAS
Vertical gardens on all floors, 4 indoor patios and lots of greenery in the outdoor areas. The indoor air temperature will naturally decrease by a few degrees Celsius, allowing a significant reduction in energy consumption for air conditioning.
